Step 1: Share Your Idea

It all starts with your inspiration! Use the commission inquiry form below to tell me a bit about what you have in mind. Don’t worry about having every detail figured out—just share the basics, like the subject matter, size, and any other important details. 

Step 2: Consultation & Quote

Once I receive your form, I’ll review your idea and get in touch. We’ll have a conversation to discuss your concept in more detail, nail down the specifics, and review any reference photos. This is when we’ll finalize the details and I’ll provide you with a personalized quote and a timeline for the project. I ask for a 25% deposit before beginning work on any commissioned piece.

Step 3: Creation Process

After the details are confirmed, the magic begins! I’ll start working on your piece. I’ll keep you updated on the progress, sending you messages and photos. I may check in with you at key stages, especially if there are specific elements that require your approval. My goal is to make sure the final artwork is exactly what you imagined.

Step 4: Delivery & Enjoyment

Once your custom art is complete and approved, it will be carefully packaged for a safe journey to you. I’ll provide you with all the necessary information on shipping or local pickup, so you can easily track its arrival. All that’s left is for you to unbox your new artwork and enjoy it for years to come!
